The Problem
Every company has the same complaint: "We can't find good people."
But the real problem isn't talent scarcity. It's that the tools we use to find talent are fundamentally broken.
Job boards dump thousands of resumes on recruiters. Applicant tracking systems filter by keywords, not capability. And now, candidates use AI to generate CVs that say exactly what algorithms want to hear — whether it's true or not.
The result? Recruiters drown in noise. Hiring managers waste hours interviewing the wrong people. Great candidates get filtered out because their CV wasn't optimised for a machine.
I've lived this problem. Running Taramsys, I've hired engineers for years. The gap between what CVs claim and what candidates can actually do has never been wider.
That's why I built WiseWare. Not to match resumes faster — but to validate candidates before they ever reach an interview.

My Journey
35 years building technology that others said couldn't be built. South Asia's first laser WAN. Fault-tolerant systems for rocket launches. One of the world's largest data centres. I've spent my career making the impossible operational.
Founded Taramsys in December 2019, a UK-based software services company. Built a team with a development centre in India, serving clients across continents. Learned firsthand what it takes to find, hire, and retain great engineers.
While helping a job board client modernise their tech, I kept hiring for my own company. Same experience every time: CVs that sparkled, interviews that disappointed. Candidates who claimed expertise they didn't have. AI-polished resumes that said everything and meant nothing. The entire recruitment industry is built on a lie — the resume.
In 2024, I founded WiseWare Solutions. We didn't tweak the system. We rebuilt it. WiseWare uses AI not to match keywords, but to validate claims. To screen before the interview, not after. To surface candidates, not CVs.
